This stunning landscape, also known as The Sharqiya Sands is a beautiful region of desert in Oman. Wahiba Sands is famous for its multicolored sand which varies from black to honey-golden and even to white. The area is occupied by Bedouins and offers visitors a glimpse of a traditional way of life.
But probably the biggest attraction of the region are the 4×4 desert safaris. Hundreds of 4WD cars tear around the sands, which is really fun to watch!
