Dorney Self Catering Apartments are an ideal solution for a stress-free stay, offering the freedom to feel as if it were your own home, with kitchen facilities and private areas to cook, dine and relax both inside and out. There is also a BBQ. The apartments are surrounded by open fields with no traffic, yet Windsor and Eton are only a short walk away along the River Thames. If you wish to eat out, there are many local restaurants or you can walk across the common to the Palmer Arms pub or a little bit further to the Pineapple pub.

The apartments are set in the grounds of a Tudor house in a rural, peaceful location about a quarter of a mile from the village of Dorney. The River Thames and Boveney Lock are a short stroll away and Windsor and Eton are less than three miles from Dorney.  Maidenhead, Bray, Cookham, Bourne End and Henley are within half an hour’s drive or less and Beaconsfield and Oxford are also within easy reach by car. If you plan to visit London we recommend you take the train from Slough station to Paddington where the underground trains or buses will take you directly to the centre in less than an hour. You can park your car at Slough or Taplow railway station.

At a fixed price of £75 a night, this newly refurbished annex can sleep 4 guests (6 at a squeeze). It is a quirky mobile home, refurbished and decorated near the other main apartments.

Ideal for contractors or professionals working away from the office during the week where special offers can be made if they require longer stays.

It has all the facilities you would need for self-catering including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/shower. There are two compact bedrooms, one with a double bed and lots of storage and one with 2 single beds and storage. There is also a sofa chair in the living room that can be converted into a bed. The annex is homely, including a TV, free WiFi, dining table and benches. It is, of course, small quarters, being a mobile home. However, it comes with a lot of outdoor space with beautiful views of the Tudor property on site, fields and flower gardens. It is fully equipped with heating, water, electricity, internet, ben linen and all mod-cons needed for cooking and cleaning in the kitchen. You have access to the same outdoor areas as other apartments including the BBQ area and outdoor seating and dining. Secure and gated parking is included.

We are also ideally situated for access to Legoland which is approximately a 20 minute drive away. After a busy time at Legoland there is plenty of space in the garden for children to enjoy. We do recommend a car for the duration of your stay.
